Nate Barnett’s Hitting Mechanics 101 video communicates to hitters amazingly well. He has a unique way of communicating to youth and college level hitters like no other hitting instructor can. I personally have been instructed by Coach Barnett and no other instructor has been as clear as he has been when explaining proper hitting techniques. His methods are detailed and his explanations are thorough. His video is easy to understand and is the most effective instructional video I have ever viewed in my baseball career. He plainly just knows what he is talking about.

There are many times in youth baseball that young players are taught improper mechanics. Often, youth baseball coaches don’t know the mechanics of developing a proper swing. This occurs partly because many players are young and haven’t had much experience and they simply do what they are told.
